Connection fuels DEI
I recently had the privilege of delivering a talk on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Leaderex and here’s the thing: standing on a stage is half of the work. It’s the conversations that happen afterwards that truly define the impact we can make.
Audience members wanted to engage further and shared their personal stories, experiences, and hopes for a more inclusive future.
I was reminded of the power of personal connections. It’s easy to talk about diversity and inclusion with theories and frameworks, but it’s when we share OUR stories, vulnerability, and raw honesty that truly drive home the importance of work in this field.
It’s the connections we forge and the dialogues we foster that will drive change. Let’s keep the momentum going and continue to learn from one another.
Thank you for being part of creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive world.
