Maiyo Febi & Associates is committed to providing quality products. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, refunds are available where products are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied.
Change of mind: As our books are physical products, returns for change of mind are not accepted once dispatched.
Damaged/Incorrect Orders: Notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@maiyofebi.com with your order number, photographs, and a description. If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under South African law.
