Returns and exchanges are accepted only where an item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly supplied.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to info@maiyofebi.com with supporting photographs and the order number.
Approved returns must be sent back in their original condition unless damaged on arrival. Replacement products will be dispatched at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
This policy does not affect any rights afforded under the Consumer Protection Act.
